Robust supply chain system
Ensure that all raw materials are procured based on the customer's BOM or engineer-confirmed specifications, and are subject to strict IQC incoming inspection, while also implementing the annual SQE supplier quality management plan.
Strict incoming quality control (IQC) inspection
Based on the AQL sampling standard and the IPC-A-610E acceptance standard for electronic components, strict IQC incoming inspection is performed to ensure that supplier materials meet customer design, performance, and installation requirements during the manufacturing process.
Powerful ICT/FCT automated testing
Using ICT and FCT automated production lines, we ensure that each finished circuit board undergoes rigorous electrical and functional testing before delivery. We also have an in-house tooling manufacturing center, eliminating the need for outsourcing, allowing us to design our own test jigs and platforms.
DFM manufacturability check
Starting from your PCBA prototype project, we conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) checks on your design data using a standard NPI (New Product Introduction) process. This includes evaluating the compatibility between BOM components and the PCB, the accuracy of the BOM component descriptions, the layout's rationality, and its suitability for mass production efficiency and first-pass yield.
Experienced process capabilities
The factory is equipped with complete production and testing equipment. Meanwhile, our project PE engineers will follow up your PCBA circuit board manufacturing process throughout. Through ERP and MES system process management, we strictly control production nodes to ensure manufacturing quality.

Based on customer project standards and industry, strictly implement quality certification systems such as IATF16949, ISO13485, and ISO9001.
