NPI (New Product Introduction)
We provide a free New Product Introduction (NPI) trial production report, documenting the production process of samples and small batch orders, design and manufacturing defects, production optimization suggestions, and quality optimization solutions. The purpose is to guide customers in optimizing designs, enhancing product manufacturability, and extending product life cycles. Experienced electronic engineers consider product reliability and ease of production. For example, they avoid using nearly obsolete or obsolete materials, select components with some redundancy, ensure a reasonable layout of surface mount and through-hole components to reduce defects, prioritize surface mount components to lower production costs, and ensure the availability of alternative materials for critical components. TOMISON has extensive experience in assisting customers with these issues during the quotation or NPI phases. After completing the NPI, a report is provided to the customer, reflecting the actual production situation, incorporating problems and suggestions for later improvements, and strengthening product manufacturability.
Assist in optimizing product design
We provide professional project engineers to follow up throughout the entire process, from the product design and prototyping phase, guiding product optimization and manufacturing processes, all the way from the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase to mass production (MP).
Summarize the production process
Summarize production abnormalities during the sample production and small-batch trial production phases, and provide feedback to the design department for modifications to achieve more stable mass production quality and efficiency. This includes material procurement, cycle time, assembly adaptability, and test design based on the BOM.
Output NPI report
We provide professional and free NPI trial production reports, including detailed information on sampling and small-batch trial production processes. The reports summarize process defects, design revisions, key process nodes, test optimization, process SOPs, and workstation optimization.
