OEM
OEM electronic manufacturing is a service process that transforms product design concepts into physical products. It requires expertise in electronics technology, supply chain management, engineering processes, production management, and human resources. We provide our clients with one-stop EMS electronic manufacturing services, including design, component procurement, PCB manufacturing, surface mount technology (SMT), through-hole technology (THT), testing, and assembly. Clients typically provide product design documentation, including schematics, drawings, layouts, MCU programs, BOMs, PCB Gerbers, and assembly SOPs. We can also provide joint development services to build prototypes based on product concepts, then determine technical parameters, product structure, and development cycles to accelerate R&D and mass production.
Based on the design specifications, we rapidly produce molds, casings, and PCBs, procure electronic components, and then perform SMT, DIP, PCBA testing, conformal coating, final assembly, and burn-in testing. This allows us to verify design reliability and DFM manufacturability.
We have long-term partnerships with mold-making factories equipped with over 20 injection molding machines, complete casing injection molding, painting, screen printing, pad printing, assembly, and laser engraving capabilities.
Circuit board production
Factory full-process operation, no outsourcing, effectively controlling quality; supporting Through-Hole PCB, FPC, HDI, blind and buried vias, carbon film boards, etc.; monthly production capacity up to 50,000 square meters; TS16949/UL/CE/RoHS/ISO9001 certified; standard flying probe testing, fixture testing, AOI (automatic optical inspection) and other appearance inspections.
Electronic component procurement
We have a long-term and stable supply chain, and have established cooperation with original manufacturers and agents of various components, including ICs, resistors, capacitors, inductors, connectors, crystals, displays, transformers, relays, diodes and transistors, for 5-10 years, obtaining support in terms of payment terms and technical after-sales service. Our company has established an annual SQE audit mechanism to evaluate all suppliers, ensuring the survival of the fittest and continuously guaranteeing the supply and quality of components.
SMT surface mount processing
Equipped with a professional SMT processing and manufacturing team, high-speed SMT production lines, DIP plug-in production lines, complete AOI, ICT, and FCT testing processes, and assembly processes that meet the ISO9001:2008 and IPC-A-610E Class II electronic acceptance standards, we are capable of undertaking mounting tasks for precision components (such as 0201 chip components, BGAs, and ICs with dense pins).
PCBA Testing (ICT/FCT)
PCBA testing is a crucial step in ensuring the quality of production deliveries. Based on customer-designed test points, procedures, and steps, we produce FCT test fixtures. The PCBA boards are then placed on the FCT test fixture for testing. Our company can produce PCBA test fixtures independently, with the equipment and personnel (engraving machine and fixture assembly engineers) to do so.
Conformal Coating
Configured to meet customer product requirements for harsh environmental applications such as humidity, temperature, and corrosion, our professional three-proof paint spraying production line includes a fully automated one-stop mode encompassing spraying equipment, UV detection, and baking.
Finished Product Assembly (Box Building)
Four finished product assembly lines, with nearly 50 assembly workers, 95% of whom are skilled and highly efficient. The assembly quality is excellent. A dedicated technical engineer, scientific workstation design and management contribute to improved efficiency.

For over a decade, we have focused on OEM & ODM electronics manufacturing, providing one-stop services to 8 A-share listed companies, ChiNext listed companies, and international corporations in China.
