SMT/DIP processing
TOMISON provides high-end SMT surface mount processing services for its clients. We are equipped with four fully automatic high-speed SMT mounting production lines, fully automatic board loading machines, fully automatic solder paste printers, SPI solder paste thickness detectors, multi-zone reflow soldering machines, AOI optical inspection equipment, X-Ray inspection machines, baking machines, stencil cleaning machines, etc. We have long-term provided processing and manufacturing services for domestic listed companies and group clients. The company has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO13485 medical device management system, IATF16949 automotive electronics certification, etc., supporting the mounting of 0201 components, 0.4mm Pitch BGA, QFN and other precision electronic components.

Quality Control
A quality team of more than 15 people effectively controls key processes such as IQC incoming inspection, IPQC process inspection, and OQA outgoing inspection.

Equipped with a five-person team of electronic engineers, we conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) checks and process engineering improvements during production, providing constructive suggestions to effectively enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Process traceability
Implementing a MES electronic information board effectively monitors the PMC production planning process, coordinates the continuity of various process nodes, and ensures delivery deadlines.
Safe packaging
Safe packaging using ESD anti-static pearl cotton or anti-static bags ensures product safety during transportation, avoiding risks such as collisions and drops.
Delivery guarantee
Internal production plan tracking system, strictly controlling the key nodes of each MO production order, connecting to the MES system for automatic production scheduling and online processing to ensure planned delivery dates.
