Our company provides finished product assembly services for electronic products to customers, including industrial controllers, consumer electronics, IoT modules, and electronic and electrical equipment. We assemble the tested PCBA circuit boards with housings, wires, and motion motors, packaging them into a complete product for delivery to end users. Electronic assembly is a crucial part of EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services). It involves many manual processes, requiring strong process control and quality management capabilities. 
Our company has obtained ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO13485 Medical Device Management System, and IATF16949 Automotive Electronics Quality certifications. During PCBA assembly, we strictly follow relevant SOP operating standards, workstation self-inspection, QC full inspection, QA online spot checks, and pre-shipment OBA spot checks. We also use a barcode management system for effective tracking and registration of good and defective products, achieving ideal assembly pass rates and customer quality inspection pass rates.
- 95% skilled workers, one person per position, undergo rigorous team leader training and online preventative corrective actions, ensuring employee skill proficiency.
- Two team leaders patrol the line, promptly identifying and analyzing assembly defects for improvement.
- Strict SOP operating standards are implemented, covering operating procedures, quality standards, tooling, and statistical analysis.
- Online QC conducts 100% full inspection, QA performs random sampling based on AQL standards, promptly identifying and controlling defects during the process.
- Before product packaging and shipment, the quality department conducts OBA (Opening Box Audit) inspection.
- The production line is equipped with complete operating tools, such as electric screwdrivers, magnifiers, torque wrenches, dispensing machines, test stands, and various auxiliary inspection equipment.
- Strict material zone division on the assembly production line prevents material and board mix-ups.
