DFM manufacturability check
DFM CHECK
We provide customers with free PCB board DFM manufacturability checks, aiming to optimize product design and manufacturing principles, processes, and component accuracy. This will greatly avoid product manufacturing risks, and many defective items can be exposed and optimized before mass production or the sampling stage. PCB board processing DFM checklist:
- Document version and last update time
- Manufacturing process: Lead-free/Leaded
- Clear component designations and silkscreen
- BOM containing manufacturing product brand and part number, description, and designation
- Confirm PCB manufacturing process: material, thickness, copper thickness, number of layers, surface finish, character color, and special processes
- Reasonable PCB layers and paneling method
- Provide the correct SMT placement file
- Complete program burning and functional testing plan
- Clear finished product assembly manual and schematic diagram
- Other special process requirements
- BOM material and PCB pad matching detection (customer engineers often cause the BOM to not be updated in time during design changes, resulting in the purchase of incorrect materials)
- Evaluate the PCB board manufacturing process, including but not limited to: processing sequence, stencil opening adjustment, oven direction and fixture production, analysis of large heat-absorbing pads and surrounding components, moisture-sensitive/heat-sensitive component protection, PCBA testing plan and detection rate, trial production quantity and trial production report, etc.
