CONFORMAL COATING
Conformal coating spraying processing is configured in the PCBA processing process to meet the customer's product requirements for environmental applications. Our company has configured two professional conformal coating spraying production lines, including a fully automated one-stop mode with four conformal coating spraying equipment, UV detection, and baking. If your PCBA board has requirements for temperature and humidity, durability, insulation, waterproof and dustproof, etc., we will be happy to serve you!
Advantages of conformal coating processing:
Traditional manual brushing may have inconsistencies, quality problems (such as conformal coating penetrating into the LCD screen, socket, etc.), uneven thickness, and impurities mixed with conformal coating. Using a professional conformal coating spraying production line can effectively avoid these defects, with the advantages of fast speed, high reliability, and one-stop baking and curing. The company is equipped with a domestic famous brand Anda ANDA conformal coating spraying line: iCoat3 + UV lamp + baking oven.
Types of conformal coating processing that can be supported:
Large-size PCBA boards, such as 550mm*470mm, etc.
Provide supporting PCBA board fixtures to effectively ensure the uniformity of edge spraying.
Support spraying of PCBA boards with many dense and high-pin components.
Fan-shaped spraying and point-needle spraying are combined to meet the surface requirements of various components.
According to the actual needs of customers, certain components can be selectively avoided, such as connectors, antennas, Wifi modules, and heat sinks.
Support double-sided spraying and baking.
Fully automatic equipment, the average spraying time for each board is within 0.5~3 minutes.
